Alexis is a natural coach at heart that feels energized by working directly with people, helping them unlock their potential and grow into their roles. She holds a M.A in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University and has worked with various organizations to improve organizational culture, role clarity, team dynamics, personnel selection, and talent development.
Grace is passionate about meeting and helping people where they are. Much of her experience has been working directly with non-profits and community-based organizations, so she has seen first hand how important compassion, understanding, and trust is in consulting. She combines a people-centered approach with practical problem-solving to help organizations achieve sustainable and meaningful results.
